FleetM | Mining Fleet Management
Mining fleets generate constant operational information. The challenge is turning that information into a clear view of what is happening across the operation.
FleetM provides mining teams with visibility across fleet activity, utilisation, dispatch, cycle performance, payload and material movement, helping supervisors make informed operational decisions throughout the shift.
Designed for mining environments and mixed fleets, FleetM forms the fleet-management capability within the wider RaptorOS technology ecosystem.
Running an open-cut mining fleet involves thousands of operational decisions across every shift.
Supervisors need to understand where equipment is, what it is doing, how long activities are taking and where delays are developing.
FleetM brings that operational information together so mining teams can see fleet activity more clearly and identify where attention is required.
FleetM gives dispatchers and supervisors a live view of machine location, status and activity so they can allocate equipment, manage queues and respond to changing operating conditions during the shift.
The focus is operational decision support rather than simply tracking where equipment is located.
During the shift, FleetM can support short interval control by giving dispatchers and supervisors current operational information to compare what is happening against production priorities and respond to developing constraints before the shift is complete.
Fleet management is not only about where equipment is located. Mining operations also need confidence in what material is moving and where it is going.
FleetM integrates with standard OEM payload systems to bring payload information into the wider fleet-management and material-movement workflow.
FleetM can support destination control, including alerts when material is taken to the wrong destination and, where configured, interlocks that help prevent incorrect dumping.
FleetM connects live operational control with end-of-shift and end-of-day reporting, helping mining teams understand both what is happening now and what happened across the completed shift.
Supervisors and mine managers can use the resulting information to review performance against production priorities, identify where delays or constraints occurred and inform planning for the next shift or operating period.
Operational information can also be presented through dashboards and reports configured around relevant customer requirements and KPIs.
RaptorTech is OEM-agnostic and designed for mixed-fleet mining environments, with RaptorTech capabilities able to coexist and integrate with existing mine-site technology where compatibility is supported.
FleetM provides the fleet-management capability within RaptorOS, allowing mining operations to begin with fleet management and progressively add PerceptN collision avoidance, PerceptAuto braking intervention and PrecisN machine guidance.
For supported configurations, a common RaptorCore hardware foundation can reduce the number of separate screens required in the cab and allow additional RaptorTech capabilities to be added progressively without installing a separate technology system for each product.
FleetM is available through RaptorTech’s subscription model, reducing the need for a large upfront technology purchase and providing a more predictable approach to fleet-management costs.
The standard FleetM subscription can include hardware, remote support, customer support, training and a baseline study.
Across suitable deployments, FleetM can deliver a lower whole-of-contract cost than major traditional fleet-management platforms.
A FleetM implementation can include fleet and site assessment, configuration, installation, communications and integration setup, operational configuration, training, commissioning and ongoing support.
